Our dedicated team doesn't just focus on clothing them or providing toiletries; we believe in addressing their emotional and social needs as well.
Our commitment is to equip foster and “at-risk” youth with the tools they need to overcome adversity and thrive in life.

Founder & Chair
Morgan and Holley were impacted by the foster system but through different lenses. Morgan was a foster child in CT and saw the needs that drove her to begin this organization. Although Holley was a foster child in Alabama she experienced hardships that fueled her passion to not only join and become co-founder, but also give back and make a difference by being a foster parent herself. Morgan, Holley, and the rest of Let’s Refoster Care Inc. dedicate their time to bridging the gap between what the state offers and what the needs of foster children and now, “at-risk” youth, can need through providing clothing, toiletries, workshops to help populations impacted by the foster system and trauma, amongst providing various other resources that can help the populations they serve. The public can help by ordering products off their Amazon wishlist, sponsoring or sharing events that are being held, or spreading the word of a valuable resource that is unique and different than all other organizations out there. Their passion fuels their desire to make change and create a better path for foster and at risk youth so they can be successful in all their future endeavors.
